These terms govern your use of the Business Waterwheel™ AI Coach and this website, provided by Business Waterwheel Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide AI-powered business coaching based on the Business Waterwheel™ methodology, with optional human coaching via the Gold tier. The service offers general business guidance to help you make your own decisions. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or over and using the service for a business. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
3. Plans, pricing and payment
- The assessment is free.
- Bronze is [£47]/month for founding members (a price locked for the life of your continuous subscription) and [£97]/month thereafter. Founding pricing is limited to the first [500] members. [Confirm cap and figures.]
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via [Stripe]. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. [Confirm refund position for part-months.]
- We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable notice; your founding-member lock is honoured while your subscription continues.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service — including no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, and no sharing of your account.
5. Intellectual property
The Business Waterwheel™ methodology and related materials are proprietary to [Pendleton Global] and licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service and its outputs for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the methodology or content.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the business information and documents you provide. You grant us the licence needed to process them to deliver the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and AI page.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Confirm liability cap with your solicitor.]
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post changes here and, for material changes, let you know.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
